1st Private Lesson --- $151.90 of products for $1.25!!!

I gave my first private lesson today to an old friend of mine who is trying to learn how to coupon.  What a fun experience! After sitting down and creating a list of what she needed, we looked through the KC Savvy Shopper posts, clipped and printed our coupons, and headed out to save a fortune. 

Shopping with friends is always an adventure, but the true excitement came at the register.  Several people watched (and took bets) as the total climbed to $151.90…. and then she presented her oodles of coupons.  The price dwindled and dwindled… until the final total came up as $1.25!  We were very excited couponers --- as were the bystanders!  She saved $150.65!!  Way to go new Savvy Shopper!!
